Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be stoked with your Kova gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to get it taken care of.

Final Sale Items

Sale, clearance, and promotional items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return

Contact Kova Surf Co. with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide you with the next steps for sending it back.

Please allow a few business days after your return is received for your refund to be processed.

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund.
